When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Currently on this website we only accept credit card (Visa/Mastercard/JCB) We are working on providing other options such as Bank Transfers and Paypal. You can try our Tokopedia store for other payment options.

How can I update or change my order?
Please email osadaosadi@gmail.com or WhatsApp text us +62 821 4668 0088 as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or change your order. We’ll do our best to process your request, but once the order is shipped we can only do return/refunds on unopened products or change them.

How can I cancel an order?
After 24 hours of order placement, the order cannot be cancelled. If you need to cancel your order, then please email us as soon as possible at osadaosadi@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at +62 821 4668 0088. If the order has been processed and shipped we can help you with a return/refund for unopened items.

I accidentally canceled my order, can I resume it?
If you’ve canceled your order on the website by mistake, please place a new order.
Can I choose the currency I pay in?
We process payments in Indonesian Rupiah. If you are ordering from a country with a different currency, your order will be converted according to the daily exchange rate set by your bank or card provider.

Where does OSADA OSADI ship to?
Currently we only ship to cities in Indonesia, we are working to cater to International orders in the future. Please, subscribe to our newsletter for the notification when we launch orders internationally.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from Bali, Indonesia.
When will my order ship?
After payment is received, we will process and send your order. Orders placed after 1 PM are processed the next business day. Processing may take 1-3 working days.
You’ll receive a shipment notification email as soon as your package ships. All our shipping takes place Monday - Thursdays. We do not ship on Friday, Saturday, Sundays and during public holidays.
When will my order arrive?
Usually, regular shipping takes 1-5 working days to arrive after an order is shipped.
